Bumper Options
- Wrap around solid UHMW plastic bumper seated in aluminum C channel is extremely resistant to cuts and abrasions and is recommended for systems involving offsite trucking.
- Wrap around grey vinyl bumper with aluminum insert, seated in aluminum C channel.
- Low profile white UHMW plastic corner bumpers will allow 4 across loading of standard width cart on smaller 92" trucks.
- Standard 3" x 3" x "3/4" thick vinyl corner bumper.
- 3" x 3" x 1 1/8" thick vinyl corner bumper.
- Stainless steel wear plates can be positioned a you truck's retention bar contact points.
Casters
Darcor Casters
Features:After Years of actual experiments and hundreds of tests, Darcor has developed a line of casters to reduce rusting under wet conditions. Hospital laundries and dietary departments, plus hotel and motel areas concerned with sanitary operations will find the cartwashable design reduces maintenance and provides extra life both to the casters and equipment.
Neoprene wheels with 1 1/2" tread width are superior for all floor surfaces and are ergonomicly designed for excellent mobility and resistance to wear. These quiet and easy rolling wheels are very shock absorbing, non-marking, and will reject floor debris, roll over screws, metal or glass fragments, resin pellets and are non-staining, Darcor 'VQ" very quite ball bearings are standard.
- 31-CW76FXSR: Swivel Locks -This caster will swivel 360 degrees for complete mobility, but also has a foot activated lock to convert it to rigid position for straight tracking.

Colson Casters
Designed for easy rolling and durability the Colson Hi-Tech performa offers a 6" x 2" rounded tread grey vinyl wheel. The injection molded thermoplastic elastomer tread bonded to a polyolefin core has the soft cushion of live rubber and the rollability of polyurethane.
Zinc plated yokes with ball type grease fittings and sealed swivel races ensure years of trouble free service in most applications. (Not recommended for wash temperatures over 180 degrees F)
Tech-Lock brake constructed of durable, lightweight engineered thermoplastic is ideally suited for wet or corrosive conditions.
