Tell us about your payload! Our bin cart sizes can
be customized to accommodate your existing boxes or bins, or we can
suggest and supply containers to fit your load. "Seat Belt" straps are
permanently fixed to the top rail and have secure velcro closure
at the bottom. Best of all, this cart is completely open on the front, for
easy loading and unloading.
Standard Specifications and Features
Body Structure
All welded 1 1/4" x 11ga. extruded square tube corner posts with 3/4" x 14 ga.
round tube vertical closure on back and ends and patented structural channel
horizontal members. Top is open. Vertical closure tubes pass through
horizontal members and are welded at each contact point inside the structural
channel. All structural profiles are extruded aluminum with
rounded corners.Shelf Structure
Base only, consisting of a 1 1/4" square tube frame without cover sheet. The base structure is supported from below with oversized caster mounting plates.Retention Straps
2" nylon seat belt webbing is fixed at the top and has velcro closures at the bottom. The straps can be removed for cleaning.Bins
Attached lid nest or stack plastic containers as shown. 15 bins @ 20"x24"x12" high (2.47 cu. ft. ea.). Option of 20 bins @22"x15"x12" high(1.63 cu. ft. ea.).Finish
Carts are anodized to a film thickness of 8 to 10 microns after completion of fabrication and all welding procedures. (conforms to military spec. 4-8625 type 2 class 1)Casters
Casters are top quality 6" diameter, non marking, with 325lb ea. rated capacity, 2 fixed and two swivel, with fixed casters mounted RHE of cart. Casters are spaced 21.5" center to center.Bumpers
