Our G-300 carts are the workhorse of an efficient exchange cart system.
The reinforced shelves swing easily to bin position and are held secure
without the need for latches or slide bolts.
The base shelf is double reinforced to withstand heavy soiled loading.
These rugged carts are completely cart washable, and are structurally
designed to withstand decades of off-site trucking. Non standard sizes
are available, as well as a variety of caster and bumper
options..
Standard Specifications and Features
Body Structure
All welded 1 1/4" x 11 ga. extruded square tube corner posts with 3/4" x 14 ga.
round tube vertical closure (back and ends) and patented structural
channel horizontal members. Top is open with one lengthways cross brace.
Vertical closure tubes pass through horizontal members and are welded at
each contact point inside the structural channel. All structural profiles are
extruded aluminum with rounded corners.Shelf Structure
Base shelf plus two convertible shelves of 16 ga. aluminum sheet with mill applied white baked enamel finish over an all welded aluminum extrusion frame. The shelf sheet is supported on all four sides by the frame, and has one lengthways 1 1/4" square tube center support. Shelves are sloped 5% to back of cart. (except base)Shelves are supported by two aluminum 1/4" x 3" corner gussets welded to the cart structure on back and end, and move on stainless steel hinge pins mounted in the front ends of the shelves. Stainless steel stops secure shelves in "bin" position.
Finish
Carts are anodized to a film thickness of 8 to 10 microns after completion of fabrication and all welding procedures. (conforms to military spec. 4-8625 type 2 class 1)Casters
Casters are top quality 6" diameter, non marking neoprene, with 325lb ea. rated capacity, 2 fixed and two swivel, with fixed casters mounted LHE of cart. Casters are spaced 17 3/4" center to center.Bumpers
6 non marking corner bumpers.Options
